STEPS YOU NEED TO KNOW
INITIAL VISIT
The initial visit is a complimentary service. During 30-60 minutes’ visit, we will collaborate with you or your agent to determine the best staging strategy for your home.
WRITTEN PROPOSAL
Within 24 hours of our initial visit, we will send you a proposal including fees. We are always happy to provide different options for you to select from.
DEPOSIT TO SAVE A DATE
Deposit is a key to save a date for your staging and we will send you a formal contract.
STAGING DATE
On the staging day we require the entire house to ourselves for seamless installation. We finish all of our staging projects in 2 days.
DE-STAGING
Once we receive the good news your house has been sold, we will schedule a date to de-stage your home.

INITIAL VISIT
Learn more about your design needs and get a clear understanding of your project’s scope.
CLIENT COLLABORATION
We’ll work and collaborate with you closely to transform your style, design needs, and ideas into a refined concept.
DESIGN CONCEPT
Once the design concept has been established we’ll expand and develop these ideas to fully design your spaces in detail.
DESIGN PRESENTATION
We’ll meet with you and will reveal your designed spaces.
ORDERING & PURCHASING
We work closely with the vendors and share your trade discounts with you to stretch your design budget.
CONSTRUCTION
If your project involves remodeling and working with general contractors during this phase, we will conduct site visits, keeping tabs on the progress of work being done to ensure your project is moving forward with perfect installation.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Sometimes you may need extra help for certain tasks that are not part of your design project. We can help you with these projects as well, based on our hourly rate.
